The Shipping Lead is the leader for our shipping team, ensuring that finished goods are retrieved from production, stored, and loaded for outbound shipments timely and accurately. This will be a hands-on working supervisory role. To be successful in this role you must have excellent attention to detail and be able to meet the below criteria:

Shipping Lead Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise the Shipping Process
• Review all shipping documents for accuracy (I.E. BOL’s, Packing Lists, etc)
• Ensure that product is shipped properly and product is handled according to guidelines and disposition
• Keep a meticulous record of shipment information
• Ownership of Finished Goods and Packaging Warehouse
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the Shipping and Dock areas
• Ensure Shipping team adheres to compliance, safety guidelines
• Perform any additional shipping functions as needed
• Work directly with Production Manager, General Manager and Routing Coordinator as needed

Shipping Lead Requirements:
• Proven leadership experience in logistics or another relevant field
• Excellent communication, organization and time management skills
• Current OSHA Forklift certification mandatory
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive “roll-up your sleeves” attitude
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Computer literacy skills
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish) mandatory

7:00AM-3:30PM+ OT MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY
