Hours 7:30am-4:30pm Mon-Thurs, 7:30am-4pm Fri
Role Overview
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Chicago warehouse,
including opening and closing the site, ensuring operational safety, managing and developing
warehouse operatives, and delivering world-class service through effective throughput
management across all warehouse functions.

Additional Information
Core Responsibilities Daily Operations · Oversee all warehouse activities to ensure accuracy, productivity, and compliance. · Open and close the warehouse each day, ensuring security procedures are followed. · Allocate work to meet daily throughput targets and KPIs. · Monitor performance and redeploy resources as needed to ensure OTIF fulfilment. · Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility. · Communicate effectively with other departments, including customer service and procurement.
Health & Safety Compliance · Enforce OSHA and company health and safety standards at all times. · Conduct daily safety checks and ensure incident reporting is accurate and timely. · Promote a safety-first culture among all operatives
Team Leadership & Development · Train, coach, and mentor warehouse operatives to ensure consistent high performance. · Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback. · Foster teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Inventory Control & Fulfilment · Oversee stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and inventory checks. · Ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and shipping. · Work closely with inbound and outbound logistics partners
Process Improvement · Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. · Support lean warehouse methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives
Annual Duties · Lead annual safety refreshers and operational training. · Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficiency and compliance. · Assist in Operations budget planning
