Superior Staffing in Addison, IL, is seeking for a Costumer Service Support Specialist for a client located in Elmhurst IL 60126.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. At times, may require more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential duties of the position.

Position Summary The Customer Service Representative is the primary interface with customers for issues relating to product and service inquiries, order processing and customer complaints.

Exhibit excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Demonstrate active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Utilize MS Office and Google Workspace effectively (specifically Sheets and Excel).
Ability to focus on details and accuracy.
Excellent customer service skills.
Must be authorized to work in the US Language Skills
Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently.
Temp to Hire
High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
Possess at least 2 years of experience in customer service or inside sales within a materials environment.
