Job Description
Superior Staffing is seeking for a Customer Care Representative for one of our clients located in Elk Grove Village, IL 60007.
SUMMARY
Coordinates activities of serving Customer needs to include set-up of account-on-boarding, any service requests and telephone requests/complaints/service issues to include the following duties outline below.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Continually answers incoming telephone calls and handles customer inquiries and requests in accordance with customer service standards
- Continually initiates outgoing telephone calls to customers to resolve issues/requests Investigates discrepancies related to invoices
- Continually takes customer pick-ups over the telephone while inputting the information into the pick-up system to print and deliver to the appropriate department
- May be asked to join Sales for customer visit
- Makes outbound telephone calls to customers to thank them for their business and to perform customer surveys
- Continually provides first line administrative support for the Sales staff
- Troubleshoots issues for the Sales staff as they arise
- Sets up new accounts, specials and permanent changes
- Continually performs data entry functions into various programs
- Creates and provides reports to various departments and customers
- Updates and maintains customer database
- Prints customer waybills and ships them
- Recommends corrective procedures to improve/eliminate customer issues
- Prepared written and oral procedures/instructions for customer needs
- Liaise with the Billing Department as needed; i.e. data entry, rating, verifying
- Assist AR team with any collection issue to ensure account stability as needed
- Performs general clerical duties, such as filing and data entry
- Coordinates the daily workflow to ensure all tasks are completed timely and accurately
- Assists the Customer Care Manager with tasks as requested
- Continually answers questions and responds to internal staff regarding customer care issues ensuring Customer Care standards are met.
