Job Title: Tube Bender Machine Operator
Job Summary:
The Tube Bender Machine Operator is responsible for operating CNC and/or manual tube-bending machines to produce high-quality bent tubing components. The operator ensures parts meet blueprint specifications, maintains equipment, and follows all safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate tube-bending machines according to production requirements.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
- Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, protractors, tape measures, and other precision tools.
- Adjust machine settings to achieve proper bend angles and dimensions.
- Load and unload metal tubing and raw materials.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
- Identify and troubleshoot machine malfunctions or quality issues.
- Record production data and inspection results.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.
- Work with supervisors and quality personnel to maintain production standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Skills
- Experience with CNC tube-bending machines.
- Knowledge of metal fabrication processes.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
- Forklift experience.
- Ability to perform basic machine programming and setup.
Physical Requirements
- Standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift.
- Lifting up to 50 pounds (or as required).
- Working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and machinery.
